The Blaire has hand-smocking details at the turtleneck and shoulders. Ruffles at the hem add a touch of romance.
Our smocking is done entirely by hand, by artisans who learned the craft from their mothers and grandmothers.
Sewn from cotton chambray.

Small: Fits until bustline 36 inches; length is 20 inches; armhole is 19 inches.
Medium: Fits until bustline 40 inches; length is 21 inches; armhole is 20 inches.
