A fun, romantic piece, the Blaire has pretty hand-smocking on the turtleneck and shoulders. Ruffles at the hem add a flirtatious air.
Our smocking is done entirely by hand, by artisans who learned the craft from their mothers and grandmothers.
This is sewn from teal-colored linen.
