We worked with the panubok artisans of the Panay Bukidnon to bring you 7 unique pieces embroidered with characters from their myths and legends.
On this T-shirt dress is embroidered the god Humadapnon. He is one of the most important characters in the epic stories of the Panay Bukidnon. In this rendition, Humadapnon is portrayed as having a body made of gold.
This is a one-of-a-kind T-shirt dress. We will not be making this again.
The Panay Bukidnon is an indigenous community residing in the Visayas. Panubok is their traditional embroidery, coming from the ancient word "tubok," which means to embroider.
This a loose garment made from linen.
