The Isa Skirt is your big, bold maxi skirt.
It has hand-smocking at the waist and the side pockets. This fine pleating technique is done entirely by hand, by artisans who learned the craft from their mothers and grandmothers.
P.S. This can also be worn as a dress, with the front ties ribboned around the neck.
