The Isa Top is a head-turner.
The bodice is sewn by finely pleating fabric using a meticulous hand-sewing process called smocking.
The sleeves are detachable.
The smocked details are sewn entirely by hand, by artisans who learned the craft from their mothers and grandmothers.
