This is a bigger and longer version of the Ruffle Bib.
It is meant as outerwear.
Wear it over anything: a long dress or a short one; fitted trousers or wide-legged pants.

Free Size.
Fits from bustline 35 to 44 inches. Length is 20 inches. Shoulder width is 16 inches.
Our model KC is 5'5". She usually wears a size S.
