The Saya is your playful Filipiniana skirt.

It is sewn from inabel, fabric woven on a wooden handloom in the Ilocos region. 

The textures are achieved using a meticulous hand-sewing process called smocking. The hem is hand-embroidered with colorful flowers.

Our smocking is done entirely by hand, by artisans who learned the craft from their mothers and grandmothers. 

Size Guide -

Smocking expands and contracts. This garment is free-size, fitting from S to L frames. Waistline goes from 26 inches to 34 inches. Length is 25 inches.

Model JC is 5'2" and usually wears size S.

Dry-clean recommended, or hand-wash. Can also be machine-washed on delicate cycle. 

Do not wring or rub smocked parts.
